Raider HB rod disapointment/rant

Anyone have one of these and had trouble with the reel seat? Picked up one today and when you mount the reel, the foregrip that locks it down goes on an angle and scratches the crap out of the blank and leaves the foregrip on a slight angle compaired to the rear grip. Scuffed up the reel foot too

I really like the action but the reel seat set up is just rubbish.

To make it worse this was a replacement of a different brand of rod I took back because it too was buggered!!!

Take it back and change it over if the items faulty the shop should swap it over asap.

got my money back, only got it from the shop because they had a special on, off to another shop today that has a few hidden gems amoung there racks

i dont think the rod was faulty, it seems to be more of a design flaw
