Daiwa service problems

I just got my luvi 2500r back from its first service and was getting ready to rig it up when i noticed the drag lightly done up was very loud and crunchy, on cloer inpection I noticed the drag knob was not on properly (cross threaded). It took me a few goes to get it thread back on straight, but even so the darg is still loud and crunchy. The spool is an rcs air spool and has new drag knob, both of which are about half as old as the reel.
Has anything like this happened to anyone? And what should I do about it?
Cheers Joe.

No way, I'd ring them if you sent it to them or talk to the shop you sent it back through. That's ridiculous and they will fix it for free.

The work experience kid must have got his hands on it. I've never had a problem with mine.

Cheers mate, Ill give it back the boys at the local and let them send it away again. I almost thought I'd had one too many lemonades when I had a good look at the drag knob off skewer.
