Shopping for soft plastics

Gday all,

Im a bit new to the soft plastic scene but not that new. And I was wondering for all the fishos from around SA where you get your sp's and jig heads from? Ive been to a couple of tackle shops and of course big w and kmart but they never seem to have a large range. And I just want to find that tackle store that i can really stock my sp collection with a wide range of styles and brands etc.

So where can I find a tackle store with a wide selcetion of soft plastic lures?

Thanks in advance!

Try Sportfishing Scene at Cavan or the shop Shauno works at. Or the online store here .

Nothing wrong with the online store, Ira Its just people like me like our coffee strong (we like to hurry things )

I've got a question for anyone that is able to experiment it. Why does motor oil gold (atomci fat grubs) go a poo colour under a blue light?

lol i was thinking the same thing lol

you don;t need a credit card for the online store, you can do a derict bank deposit, whitch makes it easier, postage rates were changed a little while back and are now sending by registered mail becuase of parcles going missing.

i am sure bear can inform us more on that.

cheers greg

Motor oil gold atomic's are weird.

Sometimes in the water they go a greeny colour for some reason.

Im spending 150 this june coming up, proably spend another 50-70 between the end of june until christmas where i get my christmas good-behaviour money ($150), but dont forget I also get money of my granny. My latest reward is a pair of nike footy boots ($80) Not bad seeing I just had to be good and get off my conduct card (good behaviour contract)

Ya know something gives me the idea that im one of the oldest on this site at 44?, lots of youngsters on here it seems, anway on sp, get your hands on some culprit swim fin grubs in motor oil, they are like a atomic grub but the fin on them starts at the head and the action this gives is great, outfished 3 inch bass minows by a big margin for me 3 weeks ago when i nailed 8, 6 fell to the swim fin grubs.
