R2S Jiggly Cicada

Was just browsing the internet and came across these little fella's, ,made by River 2 Sea, they are a softplastic cicada imatation with wings on them, there a topwater lure fished on a worm hook, they come in packs of 4 with 2 hooks, i know quite a few people use the buggi pop with sucess so i wonder how these would go.

heres the link also if anybody is interested http://www.river2seausa.com/jigglycicada.html

Cheers Josh

They're pretty much useless. That's just my opinion of course...

There was a big discussion about them on another site.

I was looking forward to them coming out for ages and bought heaps of them last year, haven't used them for ages. The worm hook makes it hard to hook-up and the addition of a treble makes them sink. A few guys were trying different ways to modify them, but none of us ended up happy with them.

I haven't tried them on bass, but for bream I wouldn't bother with them again.

I personally believe they are too wide and to big for bream but then again this is coming from the guy that doesnt feel comfortable using 3" bassminnows on bream cos he thinks there too big....
