StrikePro - new lures?

Anglers Paradise (Perth) had a shipment of these in the other day. They look great - very like Eco but at$10.95 a lot cheaper. VMC trebles and a very nice finish. I grabbed a couple on the spot - a lovely little golden brown with flecks and a larger irridescent blue/gold/pink. I think these are really worth checking out.

They aren't all that new and probably could be cheaper!!

The trebles are as weak as ANY i have seen!!!

They look good but i couldn't say what the swimming action is like. I have a few but never fish them and always go for a sx 40.

Do a search for "strike pro" for more info....

mate they are are the poorer cousin to the sx40, they have been around for a while, they work ok and are cheaper to loose than sx 40s, change the trebbles immediately

Gday there i know this question has been asked over and over again , but i was wondering what trebles ,size and brand do you replace them with . Still allowing the lure to suspend though

replacement trebles

I take your point about changing the trebles. The larger lures don't look too bad but the small size has very thinn and feeble looking trebles. I would look to change them in any case with Owner - although I find these hard to get under size8.

Ive managed to snavle some size 12 trebs .They are "Dynatec", probably not the best brand . But they seem to be fairly tough . They are extremely close to an Owner treble but a margin of the price..

Thought so. the ST-36 are the only trebles of sufficient strength that I know of in that size. All others have various other characteristics that score them less points in my book.
