How are these names determined? is it by age? or is it by how long you have been a member/ amount of posts you have made? can it be changed?

I've searched hi & lo for how I changed the moniker and for the life of me I can't find it.
Maybe the web designer has disabled that feature. Because it WAS definetly there.

is the patterson lakes your local waters??? im keen to have a look around down there soon. i need some new water to fish....getting frustrated with the docklands
