Owner Rip Minnow

This hb is just under 3 in, 70mm and dives to 5 feet. The colour I bought is called green scales, it looks like a great lure similar to the schools of bait fish you see round.

Do you think bream will go for it ?? 1 thing I like is it has 2 rattles in it which should do a good job of attracting fish

Why is it us humans always have to learn everything the hard way ??? I took out my great looking lure, thru it around then snagged it so good that even with the assistance of a passing boater it couldn't be retrieved !!!!!

It was only AFTER this that I went home and removed all my middle trebles and replaced the rear split rings with Luresavers which incidentaly I had already bought and just never gotten around to using

Now I have heaps of nice snag resistant hb's LOL

I hate losing expensive hard bodies.
They do work though. I have caught fish on the Rip minnow on the flats in Walpole. They dive quite deep so are good for working down the drop offs.

Cheers, Dror
