treble or single

Hi guys
I fish a lot for trout in freshwater lakes and dams in the blue mountains nsw . Mostly i use tassie devils in the 7g size and have been running my line through the lure and tying to a split ring on a treble hook. Should i be using a single hook? If so cuold anyone recommend a size and style of hook. Any help would be appreciated thanks TROUTBOY.

Single hooks work fine. I used a size 4 baitholder, but that was the only hooks I had on hand that looked right for the small tassies I had. I guess just look for a hook that looks right on the lure, with a medium length shank and a decent gape.
