Eddystone is on the money.
Otto's have plenty of SX40's and SX48's in stock.

Just work them really slowly with pauses and twitches in the retrieve.

Hi,

I'm no pro but i would have to agree with swoffa.

Nice and slow with pauses and twitches.

As the weather gets warmer the bream should get more agro.

I used the Eco gear lures on the weekend and they out fished everything else. We caught 12 fish while most other people struggled to get 1. Like Swoffa said slow and nervous twitches will bring results. These lures are a certainly the must have of Bream lures, from quility construction through to the best action these Eco gears out fish anything IMO.

LoL i still like the strike pro (being half the price and just as effective). Eco gear sounds cool to. C'mon say it with me "eco gear, eco gear, eco gear" lol

The only bad side i can find with the strike pro is the nasty fairy floss trebles they have.

I dont hate them, i just rate the Eco gear 48's better than the strike pro 40's.

cheers, Nathan

Your right about the sticky trebles. I found one in the maribyrnong right near a bridge on the weekend. I'm not sure how long it had been snagged for but those trebles will grip on to anything they brush past.

orange belly, gold flanks and black top

The trebles are brown with all the barbs crushed.

If the owner is out there - thanks.

Also had another couple of suprises on the Maribyrnong on the weekend.

Fisheries inspectors.

2 of them on push bikes. Saw them chucking back undersized fish
and taking details at "Anglers Tavern". By the way he was hurling the fish back in - I dont think he was handing out warnings that day.
