rcs knob question

I have a large rcs knob on a reel that I'm taking off to send to a new owner and going to replace it with a medium knob thats yet to arrive.
It's obvious that I need to send the 2 outer screws with the knob but do I also send the inner screw with spacer and washer that screws straight into the handle? Unsure if the new rcs knobs are sent with that screw?
Any help much appreciated.

Any RCS knob I have purchased has not come with the screw that attaches to the handle through the centre bearings/bushings.

Should go with the reel, new knob will come with shims only.
