It'll be a facelift. Daiwa haven't changed their reels internals for donkeys years. Magseal is still there but it'll just be a cosmetic change of hands.

What I would like to see is a change in the bail design where they rid the pot metal slave side of the bail arm, the chrome metal side that corrodes like a DohDohDohDohDoh. And the line roller design so that it doesn't corrode onto the stub where your left arguing trying to remove the LRB.

I'm keen also to see the 'evolution' in design but not holding my breath tbh.

That better not be the new Tate. That rotor is not the exist/13' certate rotor. It looks more like the current Luvi/Ignis/Caldia rotor.

looks like a slightly new rotor design to me should be sweet, and it better be the new tate with looks like that. Happy I waited to see the 2016 tate now before buying a new reel.
