Assuming you are referring to the forward tank & not the smaller aft one, then easily!
I have the same boat.
You will need a BIG pump to get water up to the tank but. Mine was fitted by the dealer and struggled to get water to the tank. A week after leaving the rig with them after delivery and a few trials it was sorted. Not sure how Telwater came up with the pump they specified but it just wasn't up to the job.
I would also recommend that you have the drain in the bottom of the tank. The dealer mounted mine in the side meaning the tank never drains fully. I have put some pics in a thread started by oldbar??, (sorry cant recall his username) hopefully they help. Maybe a search about "Topenders" will help find it.
