Tica Taurus TP Reel

Hi

Has anyone ever used this reel. One guy in the tackle store told me the preformance of this reel is better than the shimano stella and daiwa saltiga(spinning)? Half the prices compare to the shimano an daiwa $580??? Is he right? And where is this reel made from?
