TWITCH 50 Shallow Runner

Hi Guys for the coming Spring Season we hope to have the New TWITCH 50 Shallow Runner available

We have been working on this for nearly 12 months now making Mock Body Moulds etc till we got it right.

We Finally got there about a Month ago

1st Picture is the approved tested body

2nd Picture is the Final Drawing for the Injection Moulding Mould.
Will give you some idea of whats about to come.
Will have slight Scale Pattern also as the TWITCH 50 has.

We kept the Lip design but its altered quite a bit, also we have kept the internal casting system as we all know distance in the cast is very important,
This is different to most other shallow runners esp the Lip Design.

This Lip design gives it the WIGGLE - TWITCH which Im sure will be absolute winner as is the TWITCH 50 standard which Dives to 1.5 Metres etc.

Can be TWITCHED or ROLLED what ever suits.

This TWITCH 50 Shallow Will Run at about 300 - 400 mm under the surface.

Thought some Bream Masters might enjoy seeing whats involved, its a long process, there still more work to be done once the Mass Production Injection Mould is Finished. Example we must adjust the internal weights again as the Mock Mould is made of a different type of Plastic.

Cheers Nordy

It has,

I have Exciting new Soft Plastic Being 3D Printed Now.

I will use the 3D Nylon Plastic Print to make a Silicone Mould, then poor the soft plastic , to design the Brand New Jig Head .

Then once all is 100% we can make the Mass Production Moulds for Both the Soft Plastic and the New Jig Head

Its going to be a Killer

For the Hardbodys we are able to make a cheap mould to test the Lure add the weights etc, Its not a Production Mould just a mould capable of making a few pcs. Its still cheaper than 3D print at this stage.

The soft Plastic we have designed is quite complex so this mould was not a option.
