watersnake venom problem, help please

Hi All,

I'm having trouble with my watersnake venom etw54 transom mount. all of a sudden its stopped working, the red light lights up to say there is power but when I turn the handle for power nothing really happens.. it might make a little bit of sound and turn really slow but then just stop like if it had a flat battery. I've tried a few batteries so its not that.

Any help or advise would be fantastic thanks

I just checked all the connection with multi meter and test light there are fine. Seems it works when i turn the handle to speeds 1-5 then turn the prop with my hand to get it going. it'll either spin for awhile (15-45 secs) or do one or two turns and stop again

Take the prop off and have look around the shaft sometimes discarded fishing line and get wrapped around it I found a heap of braid wrapped around my old prop and shaft when I put new one in on my minn-Kota.
