Japanese reels

Hey just wondering if it's worth buying from somewhere like plats or another Japanese company?

Are the reels same or better quality?
Fish saltwater for bream so want them to last.. Heard they might be dodgy..

There exactly the same as the ones you get in Australia mate. Some models that you can't get over here. Whoever told you they may be dodgy isn't to sure what there talking about

Japanese Reels

Gday pup090

I recently purchased from http://jpangler.com/index.php/
I Brought a Shimano Exsence Ci4 3000 which are unavailable in Aus. It has 9 +1 Bearings and is far and away the smoothest reel i have . I ordered on Friday and received it by lunchtime on the Monday !!!. I would recommend them to anyone. The quality available here is not as good as you can get elsewhere.

Japan Angler may be slightly dearer than Digitaka but if you get line with the reel and keep it all at the one store you save on postage.
