Ideal Gear.

Just sold all my gear to restart my quiver

will eventually restock, so i want some help.

You can have 5 setups for southern estuary fishing! with no budget. What do you get? applications are upto you and line class would be preferable.

I didn't like my baewolf that much at first but after fishing it a bit I like it alot now its quite a beffy rod and I match it with a 2500 tate I don't really use it for breaming. My steez amraam is still probably my all time favorite bream rod but it lacks a little versatility at times, the mb dt's are a close second favorite and they can do just about everything well when it comes to bream fishing that's why I decided to get 2 because they are so versitile.

This can only end in tears with that sort of attitude...

Those Edge rods look fantastic, there is quite an extensive (at times quite combative) thread on edge rods already up on BM so check that out for VERY detailed advice on that range. For my 2cents worth, I will probably get one as my next spinning rod.

Interestingly everyone has only suggested spinning gear. I would feel naked going fishing in an estuary without at least 1 bait casting setup. A Daiwa T3 SV is a superb estuary Baitcaster and would partner an Edge rod very well. I own 1 T3 SV and am picking up another on Monday with a Steez 6'10" rod that will be great for that 3-6kg range.

Normally if I'm feeling flushed with cash I get a custom rod made and if you have no budget just get 5 custom rods made to suit your own personal style exactly. As for reels, MegaBass Gauss 20X are pretty cool reels for what you are looking for as are Certates and Stellas. Once you hit that top level of gear the tolerances and differences are more based on personal taste.
