Blades with spoons

G'day, just wondering if anyone uses blades with a spoon on the back instead of the back treb? Does it work any better? Does it affect your hook up rate? Does it affect the lure action? It's tempting to put some larger ones in the kit for Sambos, but not sure about just a front treb for hooks ups...otherwise can see Sambos going nuts for them.
