Humminbird Matrix 37 or 35?

Guys,

I know there has been a bit of discussion on the Matrix 35X.

But has anybody had any experience with the new Matrix 37X?

More pixels etc..

What Im wondering is if it has the same sonar setup as the 35X.

and whether after you guys have had a bit more time to use the 35's whether the 37X would be an option?

I was going to get a Garmin FF120 or better but have since changed my mind after checking otu the Humminbird Matrix series.

Cheers

Bierdo

Bierdo,
I believe Breamseeker (Craig at the BM shop) is getting one or has one and he might be able to help you a bit more. Drop him a PM or give him a call during the week.

I've seen the 35x with GPS gear and I'm thinking about the 37 myself.

Just ordered a Matrix 37 for my bowmount... from what I read in some of the US forum is much better than the 35 the problem though is that Humminbird don't have a new transducer for the 37 so you still have to use the 35 transducer which mean you wont' experience all the benefits (well this is what I read anyway).

Where did you end up buying it from?
I'm looking at Cabela's.
Did you also get the trolling motor kit?
