glassy conditions
after yesterdays dissapointing effort in glassed out flats. whats your go to technique for fishing glassed out flats. plastics slowly worked across the bottom, a fast erratic surface presentation to force the strike. looking to expand my bream belting techniques for all conditions.

I know they're not a hardbody but pink grubs would be my first choice.
Lure choice might depend on the estuary system you're fishing too.

Really depends on the clarity of the water for me if ts clear i just pull slightly off the flat if its murky i try cover as much round as possible and maybe downsize the lure slighly

tide was around 7 7:30 so running in when i got on the water first thing then out by about 8 8:30. pink grubs different. i posted it here mostly because theres no general lure question type area on here. cheers guys for the replies. i was starting a run off the back of the bed in about 2 meters of water coming off the flat with deep divers but a couple of ski boats decided to destroy that idea.

tend to back off on leader size if surface luring go berko and let it sit for ages till the rings settle down or smaller lures.
