Shopping for lures!

Hi guys,
Just been out for a few sessions with the hardbody lures, had a productive one last session. However, every time I've been out there. I've lost lures, sometimes one, other times more.
My question to all you keen anglers, how often do you replace lost lures, do you wait till you can buy in "bulk" or just replace it as soon as it is gone? Cause every time I've lost a lure, I get that sudden urge to replace it, and then I get tempted into getting other lures that "I need".

It is an unwritten law that if a lure is lost, especially a favoured lure, said lure must be replaced with at least half a dozen other lures of the same or similar type plus another half dozen different lures.
