Tidal braid-any good.

Hi fellers.
I was at DohDohDohDoh tent city today and noticed this Tidal braid.
They had a piece of braid about 5 inches long hanging out the side of the box which was super thin(.06mm at 6pnd) also round and soft.
The 6pnd stuff was $24,95 for 150yrds.(20% sale on top atm)
Any one used it, any good.
Thanks.

I've used the 10 lb and apart from a frayed section a couple of metres in from the leader join after about half an hours casting (which I cut out and retied my leader) it seems to be OK since. The Sunline PE will always be my choice for the lighter weights e.g.4-6 lb but I bought the cheaper stuff for chucking plastics at flatties and thus far it's been good enough . Cheers Pat.

Thanks for your reply.
It's going on a fresh water outfit so hopefully should last a bit longer.
