Stradic Ci4 1000

This might be a silly question to some but how much line do you normally load onto the spool of the Stradic , do you load it up until it is just level with the champfer of the spool lip or just below the level of the spool lip? I just purchased this off of the classifieds and I am a Shimano newby.

Normally 150 meters of braid is enough for 1000 size reels.

I'm guessing reel is used for light fishing yeah!

Just to the edge where the angle starts mate, you can go over a bit but not too much as you might get some wind knots.
You can get away with overloading a bit.

And check the spool every 3 or 4 casts for loops or loose line
