perth bream in winter

Apologies if this has been covered before.
After not having fished the river for a few months, i've had a couple go's recently for pretty much nothing. Read on another post to fish deeper and slower. The spots where i caught a couple in summer seam really dead, hardly seen any baitfish or activity, let alone bream.
Anyone got tips on winter breaming in Perth?

Fish lower down the system, look for structure with deep flowing water not far away. Usual soft plastics cans vibes fished along the bottom
