Christmas day - Boat completion!

So, it's been a good 3 months of suspence working on the "Dory The Explorer". But, finally - with the last 4 days getting into it good and proper.

Boat is looking alot better then the day of purchase, still a few little things such as wiring up the sounder and bilge pump aswell a few other little minor details.

But it really came together better then expected.

Here's just a before and now shot of the Dory.

Note the before shot was after I removed 10 (Yes, 10) rod holders from various locations in the boat. A brittle half pipe of PVC pipes screwed into the wall with metal screws and that carpet is not marine carpet and is infact full of mould...

More shots to come tomorrow of the boat and hopefully some good catches aswell!

PS: Got to give acknowledgement to "Chriso88" for his major role in the build up, awesome work.

Perfect setup! Clean and simple but looks very practical and professional. Will be hoping to copy something like this once my tinny arrives.

If your after some free 7ply give us a shout I have 3 pieces which I don't need! The plan was to think about a draw system in the jeep but didn't get around to it.
