Just wanted to take the time to thank Adam at fishin.com.au, made an order with him a couple of weeks ago and a couple of items were out of stock, he contacted me immediately to inform of what was happening, I was also heading out on a field exercise the next morning so would be out of contact, sent through an email that night with my intentions. Arrived back last night and everything had arrived, perfectly packed and with the requested changes.

Definitely recommend any day of the week. Big thumbs up

It has been awhile since this episode in the continuing saga of exellent service from Adam
I purchased a rod that arrived with a brocken tip.After contacting Fishing.com Adam arranged for a complete new rod to be sent,dont put yourself out, he said,keep the previous one,get a new tip put on and have another slightly different version on us.BEAT THAT for service. Cheers to Adam.

Made an order Wednesday night, letting him know that I needed it for the weekend due to a prefish the following Sunday etc etc.

The internet bank transfer obviously wasn't going to clear overnight, and I didn't have money in there as it was! The next day I sent Adam a receipt of a bank transfer around 4:30 in the afternoon, he had the lures sent off and they arrived at my doorstep the very next day, best service ever, and it's not the first time he's done it!
