Rapala T-Spec

Hey guys, I saw some of these rods at work half price because Rapala are bringing out a new series of rod next year. They are down to $130 and I was wondering if any of you fellas have used these rods and if they're any good. From what I've felt they seem pretty nice. I was talking about the red one (not green) in the 6"10 2-4kg model.

Cheers, Lachie

Not heavy at all and not tip heavy with the reel on,one of the best you will get in that price bracket. The 6"10 is a great rod for LB casting and the 6"6 is perfect for snags and pontoons and pulls bream backwards.Great value at that price
cheers nereus

Yeah I'd only felt one without a reel

They are 40 tonne graphite with fuji components so it would struggle to be a "heavy" rod but the butt is quite short which makes it feel heavier in the hand without a reel on it.
