Certate hyper custom vs steez

Certate hyper custom vs steez
Hey guys about to buy a new steez or certate hyper custom 2500 which of the two is going to be beter and is the steez salt water friendly?

Steez is fine in the salt. As for which is better? I believe they're designed for 2 totally different things. The steez is a finesse type reel and the certate hyper is more. The steez also weighs 200gms whereas the hyper is around 270gms so you gotta take that into consideration too

O ok I'm going to be mainly using it for throwing Jackall transams and thready busters for blue salmon or barra what's your suggestions? Even A exists hyper branzino..?

For barra etc... The Hyper Custom or Colossal would be what I'd look at.

I would go the hyper certate2500 to chase salmon/barra

as you have a 3000gear /body
but without the head size of a 3000,
also running Hyper digigears they are harder wearing gears

Yep, I've had both reels before and still have a 3000 Hyper, go the Hyper for what you want it for mate, it will last longer than a Steez chasing bigger fish. Smokingdrags is correct, 2500R is a 3000 body with 2500 spool, much tougher than a 2500 Steez.
