Certate high gear custom combo

Hi guys, i think i am going to change my snapper rod soon, i have a stradic ci4 4000 brand new with a t curve tourniment 701 snapper rod at the moment which i have only used once but it felt a bot stiff so now im looking at a certate high gear custom on a daiwa spellbinder, does anyone have one of these reels and what do you think? Is it worth it? Thanks guys

Not a fan of the short grip on the spellbinder, the reel is alright but the rod not so much. Why the high speed? will make cranking a fish up harder...?

I found the combo for 699 at a tackle shop in adelaide, but that is a good point, maybe go with a normal certate? Not sure, thanks heaps
