FD Stella spools

Hey guys,

Does anybody know if the 3000 spool will fit the 2500 body on the FD (07) model stella?

Yup you can swap 2500 FD/FE and 3000FD/FE Stella spools with all Stella 2500 and 3000 they all fit on each other

I know because I have a Stella 2500 FD and 2500 FE and spare 3000FE spool that goes on both

Out of curiosity, Are they the same spool size but different capacity (deeper spool) or are they different all together?

3000 just holds more line then 2500
Ie internal core where line spools around in smaller in dia
Allowing more line
Outside diameter same height same
