I use a $20 crate from Bunnings and a scoop to change the water every 20 minutes or so if theres fish in the well and its worked well in ABT and other kayak comps,no need to get carried away

Yer I know but really, it would be $150 for entry cos i am not an act member yet so I don't really want the fish to die on me. I will probably compete next year.

Actually its only $50 per day and $50 to join as a yakker so $100 to do Mandurah.

http://www.bream.com.au/abt/membership.pdf

The one year membership should last at least 2 comps into next year with luck.
I see you are near IKEA they do a perfect sized tub with good rubust plastic for about $9.
Would be great to see you there so if theres anyway we can help let us know as we really need the numbers as a lot of the guys are away.
Cheers Brendon

Tom Schuiling from Compleat will also be there for his first ABT round. No Pete though as he has to work. I'll find out if Todd is keen (though will need a loaner yak and hasn't yak fished before so not confident there). Should be a good comp. contemplating whether the Murray is worth it this time...
