Daiwa SOL Bearing Sizes

I have a 2000 and 2500 SOL.

I want to replace the line roller bearing in both, and also do the bearing upgrade under the spool and in the handle.

Does anyone know for certain the size bearing I would need (mainly concerned about roller bearing, other stuff is fine for now)?

Thanks

Last time I needed one I ordered it in from my local tackle store, cost $10 and they installed it for me.

Hi Mikey,

Can't tell you about 2500 size but for a 2000 SOL:

Roller: 3 X 6 X 2.5

Handle: 4 X 7 X 2.5

Hope it helps.

Cheers,

Just a thought for determining a 2500 reel bearing sizes.

Compare respective bearings part numbers for both 2000 and 2500 from the manufacturers parts list supplied with the reels and see if they are the same.

Cheers,

Yeah I checked that last night.

Off the top of my head its a G47-0901 or something for both reels.

So should be the same between the two.

Thanks alot Alex

Had to buy 10 online...

If anyone else want's some and doesn't want to pay Daiwa price, send me a PM, I don't particularly need 10.
