4.1 Polycraft Extended Cassting Deck.

How ya goin lads,

Just extended my original casting deck on the poly by about a metre.

dont quite know how things get done at your place, but i need fullstrengh beer to motivate me, looks the goods, must be really awesome to have such a neat compact boat. bet it simplifies things alot well done.

edit, thought it was one of the 3m poly boats. casting deck must be super spacious!

Looks sweet, is the new deck attached to the old deck or are you able to remove it?? Would mind doing a similar thing to my boat

hey im looking at a 4.1 poly atm and was worried about the size of the motor being to small if i did add more casting deck. wat size motor are you running mate and any idea on top speed?

Thanks guys, the deck is totally removable and dosen't weigh that much. I made the frame out of steel because I didn't have access to a TIG welder, but if it was made out of alloy it would obviously reduce the weight. I have a 40hp Tohautsu on it and the top speed is probably around about 23 knots with 3 people, although i'm still thinking of upgrading to a 50hp 4 stroke. Let the beer battle begin
