changing handle knobs??

im about to buy a diawa freams 2000 size reel but i dont really like the handle knob/grip thing! its the T shaped one. is there a way of changing it to a small 1000 size smaller handle knob/grip?? i have tried to put up wuth a T type but it annoyed the geezers outa me. i know where i can buy a smaller knob thingo but i dont know how to change them around. i have tried youtube and googling it but nothing seems to come up! has anyone sone this before??

Start with that.

Or maybe get a decent Daiwa tournament dealer tackle shop owner to do it for you.

I'm not sure if this is useful in switching from the T knobs as I know nothing about them but it may be the same single screw mechanism.

Buy a Daiwa RCS " I " Knob, they will fit a 2000 daiwa. Then all tou have to do is pull the end cap off the T knob. Behind that will be a screw, undo the screw pull the knob off, put the knew knob on and screw it back up. You could always go down to your local tackle shop and ask them as well.

Do u have any neo knobs for daiwas that u don't like lying around? I have a brand new certate which has a t on it and I hate it. Could do a swap if u would like?
