Hi mate

can't go wrong with the symettre and you'll probaly get change out of $150, check out the stradics too, I think they are a bit over $150 but are still excellent value.

I've been using a 2000 Daiwa Freams for fishing from my kayak, for the last few months. This model has a sealed body which makes it ideal for use in the wet environment of yak fishing. So far, I've been very impressed with it. It's nice and smooth to use. You can pick them up for just over $150 at http://digitaka.com/item.php?icid=9&id=837 .

I've got a few top quality reels and although the Freams isn't in this class, it still stacks up well against them. I'm seriously thinking about buying another in a larger size.

The postage is included in the price when you buy from Digitaka. Their prices are competitive and their service is excellent.

Symetre - cool little reel and such a workhorse. The Daiwa Aird just looks too good haha 10 ball bearings in a $100 reel? What are they made of, cardboard?
