what conditions are these best fished? snags , flats, weedbeds etc? when its windy or calm? is there much difference between this and the bassday sugarpen?

This lure is so versatile and can be fished in many ways. Just let it drift past snags with tiny twitches or splash it like a freaked out prawn across flats. It's high on my go to list.
