bloody blowies

alright i went fishing at my favourite spots near one of the freo y/c in the river and i couldn't believe my eyes, there were hundreds of different size black bream, a few littlies, alot of good sized and some absolute monsters. anyway while i was fishing at spotX i was using the sliders in the muscadine and the silver colour, and in my first few casts i was getting killed by the monster bream who didn't think twice about hitting them. but then the blowies set in and they were eating and ripping my soft plastics like there was no tommorrow. and this spooked the bream .

later i moved onto fremantle and was having fun hooking rass and old wives, turned out to be a good day.

what i really would like to know is if there is something that you can do to avoid the blowies or is there a more durable soft plastic that i could use.

cheers adam
