40cm +snapper in the bay

were to get 40cm plus snapper in the bay we always get 30-36cm but want those bigger ones ? any hints/tips

Are you fishing deep or shallow? Its getting tougher to find quality fish in the shallows now as the weather warms up.

Not sure myself but Mud produces some quality fish + harrys artificial reef, north west of coochie or Peel. Its a bit hit and miss mate. Generally deeper water = bigger fish

fishing any were between 10-15ft but wanan get some bigger ones.. i know harrys gets fished out every weekend n mud tooo any were near moyra or dunwitch or amity ? n how deep we talking to get some decent ones 10m+ ??

Try the usual spots but get out mid week in Dec and Jan should be a few bigger ones around.

Always trying to get a day off to get one in midweek but been flat out latley went to nerang river last week chasing some bream it was shocking so muddy got 3 bream.

Mate try a bigger lure and deeper water-around the 10m+ mark.

Fish the rockwall around the mouth of brisbane river. Theres alot of squire around atm. Outgoing tide works best.

Easteren side of mud has being producing alot of big fish atm too. Early morning and incoming tid way to go in about 20 feet of water.

x2 with shane69...if u go to mud try and catch livies..they work really well during tide change

caught at 11am at peel in summer so plenty of snapper in the bay
