Reel Grips

Hey Fellas.
Has anyone used the reel grips that you can buy from DohDohDohDohDohDohDohDoh?
And just to make sure, do they fit on the shimano grips?
Heres the link: http://www.DohDohDohDohDohDohDohDoh.com.au/index.cfm...roduct_id=4525
Thanks.

I bought a few of those a few years ago from Mo's for my old stradics 1000. Those grip thingys are very stretchy and will fit most I would think.
I like them , reckon they are great

I may be ignorant but what is the purpose of these things. How often does your hand actually slip from the reel? To me that just seem like a bit of bling to add that does not really serve any practical purpose. I have not used them though so i may be missing something?

You are pretty much spot on there mate. But they do also feel quite nice.

they fit on most shimano reels. they add a bit of bling but after using them and then trying another reel, you will notice the difference. All my reels now have them on and i much rather have them on than off. Camo and glow are our best sellers.

I am very much an "anti bling " person ,I bought these reel grips because for some reason the handles on my Stradics became very sticky and not nice to use.

A useful product in my eyes.

I love my ones, I pick up a reel without them now and it feels naked!

They're also good if you want use them to identify the line class on your reels at a glance.

i.e blue for 2lb, red for 4lb etc etc......

Heard they do fit the Ci4 mate, could be worth a crack. I just ordered myself a couple, will see how they go

Do you reckon they would fit on bigger handles? Im thinking the glow ones would be good for surf fishing at night.
