Hi Rodmy,
They are recreational level rods designed and assembled in Australia by Black Diamond at a highly attractive price for a locally made product. (Good value for the money.) They are 33 million modulus full graphite light responsive moderate action rods. The Bluestone Bream 6'6 2-3kg has been out awhile and those who own one have been happy with them.
