Ok been looking for lil bit and reading what everyone been saying about i-pilot and want to see if you can put it on a riptide which is only a few years old looking at getting one if we can put it on mine

Any help will be great

Yes it can be added to the later models, cost is or was around $700 for the head unit. It just a couple of screws and a wiring loom from memory.

funny thng here, the first thread says I-pilot but when it is quoted on the the second thread it says auto pilot. confused, so am I lol.

i bought the riptide from b c f for $850 a while back and will get i pilot with my tax... its not as nice as the terrova but should do the job nicely

Just buy a Terrova Hayden and be done with it
