whiting on blades
saw a pic on the internet with a blade in a whitings gob interested, any one know how to get one on a blade if not how are the stiffy poppers

Target the channels in which there is a bit of current flow.
They absolutely love drop offs aswell!!! ZX blades are the only blade i have caught them on though! make sure that the lure is near the bottom though otherwise they wont touch it. they often hit it on the drop. |

I have caught a few on TT blades. They shouldered aside the bream to get at them!! Fishing inthe usual spots of sand patches btw weed in deepish water (2-3m).

The most success i have had with whiting on blades has been on the flats and just ripping them in at a steady pace with no lifts or drops. Good Luck

My first ever whiting was landed on a TT Switchblade in the "Sunset Gold" Colour.
Not much luck since, but been doing well on the TT GhostBlades. Try natural colours with a straight retreive. Same goes for poppers, just a constant bloop. Clear or whites are my favourites for bream and whiting.
