Question worm weights

hey guys,
just wondering if anyone knows where i can get hold of these "worm weights" ive been reading about... Theyre basically just a hollow cone shaped running sinker that hide all the bulky knot bits/hook eye and also limits the resistance when the fish takes it too. The cone shape makes them pretty smooth through snaggy areas aswell as apparently giving the SP a smoother action. All sounds good to me
Any info

You can get them from from "Joint Venture" or "the smoke stack" - but they seem to want to charge a lot of $ for them
