Spinning Reel Stand for Daiwa and Shimano
Here are some universal reel stands that I just came across, good alternative to the more expensive RCS hook keeper and the Shimano Yumeya reel stands.
http://www.plat.co.jp/shop/catalog/d...eel-stand.html Gotta grab a few for some of my reels ![]() Cheers, Daiwafreak |

Reckon they would fit on a Stradic Ci4?

Does the stradic ci4's handle screw in or is it a shaft that goes through the drive gear? It will only fit reels that handle screw in handles.

Says they are compatible with the Sephia, so yes it will fit.
I don't see the point of them though. Certainly an easy way to make your reel look ridiculous. If it had a hook keeper i would understand. |

It's purpose is to act as a stand when you are laying your combo on the ground, so that the actual reel doesn't touch the ground. Great idea in my opinion. If you want it to double up as a hook keeper, drill a hole in the end and it becomes a hook keeper. Last edited by DaiwaFreak; 02-04-2011 at 01:38 AM. |

Had a stradic ci4 2500 and the handle is definitely a screw in with a dress cap on the other side. Cheers.
