Hi guys
bought another branzino special and was wondering if anyone knows whats the difference in the 2 spools that come with. They both have 7kgs drag and same line capacity, any clues?

2500 is your standard spool and the 2508 is made from light tin resin**?

Meaning the 2508 is the lighter spool, if that's what you are asking.

As far as I know, it's a very small difference. (5 grams different)

Hmmm not it
Both are 2508 spools.
Measured at the same spool depth= same line capacity
One reads (origanal)Hyper Branzino Exist 2508R
The other (ize factory parts)Morethan Branzino 2508 and a serial number.
Only thing now to try is take it to the fruit shop and weigh them lol

Any other thoughts?

More precise drag adjusting in the RCS perhaps.

Ok weight is the same so I recon they are the same spools with different writting as said earlier..... Hmmm better option to buy standard one then buy a handle of some sort for $250 and save a little. Never used a spare spool before, it's easier to pick up another outfit
Spooled them up last night with 16lb Branzino Si for snappers and 8lb NItlon to chase pelagics off the backyard. Sick of getting smashed by salmon and rat kings when I'm throwing Dog X's for breams across the rock bars!

Cheers
G
