Anyone knows which type on Bocca Bearings would match my Certate's line roller bearing?

Just overall need help in the size and type.

Thanks.

just go into a tackle shop and order one from the schematic that comes with the reel. they're like 10 bucks.

Don't think there is a ceramic bearing replacement for Daiwa line rollers. So you will have to stick with the standard CRBB's.

Highly doubt it. I assume that Daiwa make that bearing to a size that suits the line roller perfectly. What I recommend is that if you know how to, buy the part and do it yourself, pack it with heaps of good grease, it's probably the best thing you can do to keep it going for as long as possible, and after maybe 10-20 sessions, open it up again, flush out the bearing, and do the same thing.

Yeah they do stuff up quite often. My Sol is about 5 years old and i've put 3 line roller bearings in it. 2 from Daiwa and the last one I got was a Daiwa CRBB from Plat. I think they're all the same. If you find a better one, let me know

Yeah, I plan to order one in and do it myself.

Fingers crossed that is what causing the noise.

how long ago have you had the CRBB in the Sol for?

I might order a standard one from Daiwa and pack it with grease like DF said.

If it happens again, I'll go with a CRBB instead.

Thanks.

3 x 6 x 2.5.thats the daiwa line roller size.CRBB is basically useless.....why?.if its so good, why would your n everyone ones DohDohDohDoh itself in the first place.go get yourself a stainless steels ones and make sure to packed it full of marine grade grease n that should take care of corrosion.
FULLY ceramic would be great if youre willing to part with at least $100 each give or take.hybrid are a waste of money as well cos its really useless unless its pack full of grease.
grease is your best defence from corrosion.

They are sealed bearings. You cant pack them with grease unless you carefully pick the shields off. Not a good move though coz you'll have to keep packing the little bugger every time you use it.

Which brand do you recommend for the stainless steel bearings.
That was my first plan, but un-sure on what brand to use.
Considering Bocca's don't make SS bearing that fit the Certate?

Not keen for "fully" ceramic bearings.
