What sort of boat and/or kayak do you have?

Just curious to note what some popular boats and yaks there are out there that other fellow breamers are using. I'm looking at purchasing a yak soon and boat hopefully within the year.
Cheers

IMHO the 3.0 m TuffTender Poly is hands down Value for money.

We have had 4 people casting lures in the boat at the same time.

VERY STABLE!

You can find them for $1500 brand new or roughly $800-$700 used.

+ New Trailer and motor.

You're looking at around $4000- $5000.

Depending on the outboard.

It may sound pricey but they are amazing boats!!

This -

Dagger Cayman - 3.75m x 0.72m.. Stable enough, cuts through the water very well, comfortable to sit in for hours at a time, though not really suitable for anyone over 6' due to lack of leg room.

ive got a hobie pro angler, only mod so far is a scotty rod holder for trolling. will be putting a hds5 sounder on it within the month. then it should be a perfect setup. oh and i need a camera mount for solo trips. i like to keep thing relatively simple coz im too lazy to set up anything too extravagant. goodluck with the hunt. cheers YD

Boat- Nitro 2008 640 with 90 Optimax
Yak-Hobie Outback

For the dollars you are looking at spending you should be able to pick up a decent boat similair to Stessl Edgetracker, plus a yak as well.

Maybe take a drive to Qld,and fish your way back
