Smile Really good deal for a boat??

Hi guys
My dad bought a 5.2m Sea Jay (that's all i know sorry)
haha, but it's got a centre console and came with a 70 HP and a back up 60HP Yamaha Motors...
Trailer included...
It's got like double walls that you can put petrol into etc... and yea self draining deck etc..

We paid $7777, You's reckon that's a good deal?
How much would you value all this at, clearly it wasn't brand new but yea everything works perfectly fine

any chance of posting some pics, might be able to get a better idea off people, interesting that you got a 60hp motor as a back up.

Cheers

You asked a complicated question, not a simple one. There are a great many factors that will go into working out whether or not a boat is a good deal. The questions asked require answers before anyone can give you an honest opinion.

Put it this way... If the motors have 3000 hours each on them then it's likely that it may not be such a good deal.

Spot on.

All the questions are very legitimate mate, no ones having a go at you.

I would value it at $7777 and I think if you got it at that price it was a fair deal.
