Daiwa luvius,shimano twinpower they are a couple just depends on what size you want Anywhere from the 1000-2500 sizes.best is to go in to 1 of the Ta kle shops have a play with them and see how you go but you don't have to spend that much there are still plenty of great reels that are cheaper or look out for last years models as they tend to drop in price quiet alot when they bring out the new models and you might be able to get yourself a bargain

As you can see, there are heaps to choose from. Best to go to your local tackle stores and try a few out. Otherwise use the "SEARCH" button.

I'm a daiwa/shimano fan, but if reliability was the main issue,

Daiwa = 5 years warranty(high end)
Shimano = 10 years (all)
Pfluguer = 5 years (all)
Okuma = life(all)

How about Okuma V- system?

Luvi seems like a good choice. They seem lighter than the sols of the same size too which is a plus.
