hey mate standard size are owner st36 in size 12..

I've tried size 14s found they rose too quickly for my own personal preference.

Cheers,
Michael.

Changing the trebles to a smaller size has a direct impact on the buoyancy of the lure, hence a smaller/lighter treble causes a slow floating lure such and an SX40 to float (rise) much quicker then before.

rise - rose - risen - rising = to raise or float.

Not wanting to hijack the thread but I went to the tackle shop and they had no black trebles in size #12, only red ones. I bought them - anyone got an opinion on RED trebles for bream lures such as sx40?
